We are happy to tailor the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) to your specific requirements prior to booking, subject to mutual agreement. This is no longer possible after a booking has been made.<\/p>

Subject of the contract<\/em><\/h3>

The contract concluded between the parties relates exclusively to the provision of services in the areas of yoga tuition, detox support, nutritional advice, personal health coaching, naturopathic therapies, massages and wellness treatments by Nicole Riedemann and Oliver Mirko Bowald (hereinafter: \u2018retreat services\u2019).<\/p>

Accommodation and meals are expressly not covered by this contract and are not included in the agreed price. They are provided as a gesture of personal hospitality by the hosts, free of charge, in the form of a loan for use (comodato) in accordance with Article 1740 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Code (C\u00f3digo Civil), independently of the booking and without any legal obligation. No accommodation contract is thereby established between the hosts and the guest.

\u00a71 \u2013 Terms and Conditions of Payment and Participation<\/h3>


<\/b>For all bookings, you must first complete the registration form on our website. Our bank details will then be communicated with a corresponding request for payment.<\/p>

The amount specified by us must be transferred to our account within 3 hours. Your registration will only become binding once the payment has been credited to our account, at which point a confirmation of registration will be sent to you.<\/p>

\u00a72 \u2013 Cancellation or failure to attend following a binding booking<\/h3>

In the event of cancellation or failure to attend, a percentage of the total price for the retreat services will be payable.<\/p>

7 – 13 Tage vor Beginn des Retreats: 80 %
14 – 20 Tage vor Beginn: 70 %
21 – 30 Tage vor Beginn: 60 %
31 – 40 Tage vor Beginn: 50 %
41 – 50 Tage vor Beginn: 40 %
51 – 70 Tage vor Beginn: 30 %
71 – 90 Tage vor Beginn: 20 %<\/p>

In the event of cancellation prior to 90 days before the start of the course, a lump sum of \u20ac200 will be charged.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

For cancellations at short notice, less than 7 days before the start of the course, 90 % of the total amount must be paid.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

Cancellations at short notice (less than 1 week before the start) must be made in writing by e-mail.<\/p>

In the event of cancellation by the organiser, the amount already paid will be refunded to the participant.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

In the event of premature termination of a retreat by the participant, 100% of the price is due. A refund on the part of the organiser is hereby excluded.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

No travelling expenses\/flight costs will be covered. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

The service providers shall not be liable to the extent permitted by law. Liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, as well as for personal injury, remains unaffected. <\/p>

\u00a73 \u2013 Changes to bookings following a binding registration<\/h3>

For rebooking before 90 days before the start of the retreat, a lump sum of \u20ac100 will be charged.<\/p>

For rebookings made 89 – 60 days before the start date, a lump sum of \u20ac200 will be charged.<\/p>

A lump sum of \u20ac300 will be charged for rebookings made 59 – 30 days before the start of the course.<\/p>

A lump sum of \u20ac400 will be charged for rebookings made 29 – 15 days before the start date.<\/p>

A lump sum of \u20ac500 will be charged for rebookings made 14 to 7 days before the start of the course.<\/p>

In the event of last-minute changes to bookings made less than 7 days before the start date, 75% of the total amount must be paid.<\/p>

Short-term rebookings (less than 1 week before the start) must be made in writing by e-mail.<\/p>

\u3164<\/p>

\u00a74 \u2013 Liability for on-site services<\/h3>

We offer our on-site services \u2013 including yoga classes, detox support, nutritional advice, naturopathic therapies, massages, wellness treatments and complimentary meals \u2013 only if we have received the guest\u2019s express personal consent in advance.<\/p>

If a health issue arises during a service or at a later date, Nicole Riedemann and Oliver Mirko Bowald cannot be held liable, as the guest has previously given their express consent. Even if the guest fails to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or ailments, the service providers cannot be held liable for any ailments that arise during or after a service. <\/p>

Many of the methods we use are derived from naturopathy and alternative therapies. Some of these are not recognised by conventional medicine, cannot be explained by general scientific principles, or do not correspond to the current state of conventional medicine. We cannot guarantee that our services will produce the desired results.<\/p>

\u00a75 \u2013 Accommodation and board<\/h3>

Accommodation and board are provided free of charge and without any contractual obligation, as an expression of the owners\u2019 personal hospitality. Nicole Riedemann and Oliver Mirko Bowald accept no liability whatsoever in this regard. By making a booking, the guest confirms that they accept these services as a voluntary, gratuitous gesture and will not derive any contractual claims from them. <\/p>

\u00a76 – Privacy Policy<\/h3>

6.1. Collection and processing of HTTPS log data<\/span><\/p>

When you visit our website and each time you access a file, our web server collects data about these processes. <\/p>

Protocol information (e.g. browser type, date and time of access). This is not personal data. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the collected data to a specific natural person. None of this information is analysed by us for statistical purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties. We do not link this data with other data.<\/span><\/p>

6.2. Use of personal data<\/span><\/p>

Personal data is only collected by us if and to the extent that you yourself provide it to us with your knowledge. Data will only be passed on to third parties without your consent if we are legally obliged to do so.<\/p>

You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored about you at any time. Please send your request in writing or by e-mail to our addresses listed below.
