Our beautifully situated outdoor infrared saunasauna<\/strong> with sea view is suitable for 1 or 2 persons and is made of red cedar wood. The special thing about our infrared sauna is that it not only has infrared C heat emitters, but also the therapeutically effective infrared A and B rays, which also reach the deep tissue and can therefore optimally support your detox retreat in a gentle and effective way. <\/p>

One of the most important goals of a detox treatment is to de-acidify the body. This can also be done via the skin, our largest excretory organ, with the help of pH regulating bath. We use a high-quality alkalising powder that also contains ground semi-precious stones and salts from the Dead Sea. <\/p>

With the help of the osmotic gradient , acids are removed from the acids from the body through the skin during the pH regulating bath. The recommended minimum time is 20 minutes, but most of our guests stay for 1 to 2 hours and enjoy the peace and quiet and the crystal-clear starry sky over La Palma. completely relaxing week as the only guests in Vidyamor\u2019s small, lovingly designed cottage. As we walked through the huge, idyllic garden on arrival, our hearts were already opening wide at the abundance of plants and the enchanting scents. Yamuna and Olay are very warm hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome straight away. It\u2019s incredible the variety of activities they offer: yoga, detox, a wide range of massages and, the highlight, a hot aromatic and alkaline bath under the starry sky. The delicious breakfast is prepared with great care, often featuring fruit and plants from their own garden. For example, we\u2019ve never eaten such delicious avocados before. We are full of admiration for the two of them, for how they have perfected their offering through years of hard work and are there for their guests with such dedication. A huge thank you to both of you for this restorative break. What a privilege to be able to enjoy a taste of spring here on La Palma, even in winter, with the scent of almond blossoms and such wonderful care!” <\/p>
